At FIF Løb, we value both the physical benefits and social aspects of running.

Members usually enjoy participation in 5-6 selected races throughout the year, including the Copenhagen Marathon and CPH Half, as well as a range of social events to foster camaraderie.

Pace and Levels
We offer six different pace groups, so if you can run 6-8 km (with breaks) at a pace of 7:00/km, we have a group for you. Check our website for descriptions of each group, event schedules, and participation guidelines.

Training Times
  • Mondays and Thursdays at 5.30 pm
  • Saturdays at 9:30 am

Where We Run
Our training sessions begin at Frederiksberg Stadium, with indoor sessions at Damsøbadet during winter. We run in nearby parks and areas, like Damhussøen, Søndermarken, and Utterslev Mose, with occasional stadium workouts.
