GRØD's Social Runners is for anyone who loves staying active, being social, and spreading good vibes.

Every run finishes with free oatmeal topped with apples, roasted almonds, caramel sauce, plus some water and lots of fun 🥄

We run on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month at 9 AM from Birkegade.

To reserve your spot, enter a code in the GRØD app, which gives you a ticket.
