Join us for a few trial runs before officially signing up!

We train twice a week:
One longer, low-intensity run and one shorter, high-intensity interval session. Weekly training updates are shared in our Facebook group, with details on any minor changes.

Schedule:

Monday at 5:30 pm
  • Longer run with two distance options:
  • 5-8 km at approx. 5:45-6:00 min/km
  • 8-12 km at approx. 5:30-5:45 min/km

Wednesday at 5:30 pm
  • Shorter run with intervals near Østerbro Stadium; suitable for all levels.
  • Total distance: 5-8 km (including warm-up, intervals, cool-down)

Meeting Point
Idrætshuset at Østerbro Stadium (Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 7, 2100 Copenhagen Ø), inside the left foyer. Changing rooms, showers, and lockers are available—bring a padlock for storage.

MEMBERSHIP

Annual Fee (from Jan 2025): DKK 400
